SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Device is made in the form of a multilayer blanket containing an electrically insulating external layer and an internal layer facing the patient. Layers are made of electrically insulating material, between which current-conducting layer is placed, contacting from opposite sides with current-conducting switching elements, and edges are equipped with fastener-zipper providing detachable connection. Current-conducting screening layer is made from non-ferrous metal, for example, in the form of a Mylar synthetic film, on which a layer of aluminium is applied by sputtering, having a smooth surface with a high reflection coefficient of electromagnetic waves of extremely high frequency (EHF) and infrared (IR) spectrum. Switching elements have galvanic contact with current-conducting screening layer. Method for reducing a risk of myocardial infarction involves exposing the patient to endogenous electromagnetic radiation and screening external electromagnetic fields.

EFFECT: technical result is restoration of normal level of regulatory systems for reducing stress level and reducing risk of developing myocardial infarction.
