APPARATUS FOR MAKING UNDER-WINDOW VENTILATION UNIT FOR FEEDING AIR FROM OUTSIDE AND METHOD FOR MAKING UNDER-WINDOW VENTILATION UNIT Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B28B7/22 

FIELD: plants for producing reinforced-concrete complex-configuration products, namely under-window ventilation units for feeding air from outside.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for making under-window ventilation units for feeding air includes trough mounted on rigid frame provided with lead screws to which end beads with rods and insert for forming horizontal holes and lengthwise beads joined with trough and with end beads by means of clamping locks are secured. Apparatus also includes detachable П-shaped box secured to frame by means of tie rods and screws and having one wall with zigzag surface at inner side and upper wall with lengthwise opening; moisture trap in the form of box with tube. Method for making ventilation unit comprises steps of preparing apparatus for making unit by setting it to working state and placing shaping parts in the form of rods, insert; cleaning and lubricating surfaces; mounting apparatus on vibration platform; filling form with concrete, compacting it, providing setting of concrete and dismounting apparatus; unloading ready unit. In addition П-shaped box is placed on frame; form is filled with concrete by two stages. At first form is filled with concrete till top of П-shaped box. After setting of concrete П-shaped box is extracted, placed onto formed opening and moisture trap is fixed. Tube of moisture trap is placed into opening of end unit and form is filled till upper edge of bead.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of method with use of such apparatus.
