FIELD: plastic working of materials, namely pressing of powdered thermoplastic explosion matters.
SUBSTANCE: press includes working cylinder with ram and pressure main line; hydraulic aggregate with pressure main line and built-in pressure pickup; pneumo-hydraulic pump for replenishing having control electro-pneumatic valve and program control device. Said pump is also provided with return cylinders and two electrically controlled indirect-action safety valves having control electromagnets. Said valves are mounted in parallel in pressure line of working cylinder and their outlets are connected to draining line through adjusted throttles. Control electromagnets are connected with program control device having unit for setting program, comparison circuit, two control units of two electrically controlled indirect-action safety valves and unit for controlling pneumo-hydraulic pump for replenishing. First inlet of comparison circuit is connected to outlet of program setting unit; second inlet of comparison circuit is connected to outlet of pressure pickup and outlet of comparison circuit is connected to inlets of control units. Outlets of control units of electrically controlled indirect-action safety valves are connected to control electromagnets. Outlet of control unit of pneumo-hydraulic pump for replenishing is connected to control electro-pneumatic valve of said replenishing pump.
EFFECT: improved design of press providing its enlarged manufacturing possibilities at pressing powdered explosion matters with small energy consumption.
