FIELD: weapon.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition (ammo) loading and can be used to press an explosive shell (ES) from bulk explosive compositions (EC) directly inside the lodgement. Device comprises a bed with a platform mounted on it with a well for mounting the shell of the projectile, a pressing mechanism with a vertical top cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder mounted on the rod of the hydraulic cylinder, a dispenser equipped with a device for the batch feeding the EC into the ammo shell, a hydraulic pump, and a control system. Dispenser hopper is mounted on the load cell, the dispenser is equipped with a screw with an electric drive, the hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a built-in linear rod transfer sensor, a pressure sensor and a hydraulic distributor with electric control are built in the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic pump, the outlets of which are connected by hydraulic lines to the safety valves installed in them with the rod and the plunger cavities of the hydraulic cylinder, and in the drain line of the hydraulic pump there is a variable choke. Control system contains a control unit, a program setting unit, a comparison unit. Outputs of the control unit are connected via frequency converters to the electric drives of the dispenser and the hydraulic pump. To the inputs of the comparator are connected the outputs of the load cell, the linear displacement sensor of the rod and the frequency converter of the electric drive of the hydraulic pump, the input of which is connected to the output of the pressure sensor. Control system, basing on readings of the rod linear displacement sensor, corrects the last batch of the EC in accordance with its value calculated by the formula.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the processability of ammo loading, to simplify the design of the device in order to improve the reliability of operation, to increase the safety of pressing the ES with the controlled process of loading the compressed EC.
