FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves affecting weedage by exposing to high-voltage pulses; on the basis of signal delivered by weed type and parameters identification system, providing passage of high-voltage pulses delivered at pulse frequency of 300-2,600 Hz at constant velocity of 4-5 km/hour with energy of one pulse of 0.56-2.6 J, and number of affecting pulses per one plant of 50-1,000; correcting plant affecting parameters depending on changing parameters of damaged weed plant tissues; establishing frequency of pulses, energy of one pulse and number of plant affecting pulses per one plant depending on kind of weed in the following manner: for common clotbur 1,800-2,400 Hz, 0.56 J, 750-1,000, respectively; for green amaranth 302-604 Hz, 0.64 J, 50-100; for creeping thristle 550-830 Hz, 1.74 J, 100-150; for spurge 2,200-2,600 Hz, 2.6 J, 850-1,000; for creeping pink bitterling 2,300-2,600 Hz, 2.6 J, 450-1000; increasing the number of pulses on increasing of weed age and development extent. Apparatus has high-voltage pulse source and weedage affecting device made in the form of electrodes. High-voltage pulse source is designed so as to regulate weed affecting parameters in accordance with control signal generated by weed kind identification system and signals generated by weed parameter determining sensors. Controlling action provided by weed identification system onto high-voltage pulse source may be corrected in accordance with signal generated by weed final state sensors.

EFFECT: increased weedage controlling efficiency and reduced expenses for weedage controlling process.
