FIELD: chemical industry; construction materials industry; other industries; method of manufacture of the composite material working in bending.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the anisotropic composite materials loaded in bending. The material contains the layers of reinforcement and binding having the different rigidity. With the purpose to increase the total strength in bending of all the layers of the material the external boundaries of the layers of reinforcement and-or the binding are arranged from the point of the absence of the longitudinal strains, which is determined by the relative distance from the surface working in stretching, at the distances proportional to their admissible longitudinal strains. The armature is coated with the layer of the substance having the more higher adhesion to the binding, in particular, it is coated with the metal, which has been subjected to the after-treatment, in particular, for the whole its depth. The layer of the armature may be placed on the external surface of the composite material. For the material manufacture conduct calculation of its reaction in bending, select the material of the armature and the binding and determine their external boundaries. At the multidirectional bending the admissible longitudinal strain of the layer is calculated separately for tension and separately for compression accept equal to the greatest value from the values received at the calculations of the different directions of the bending.
EFFECT: the invention allows to manufacture the anisotropic composite materials loaded in bending in compliance with the calculations of its reaction in bending.
