FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: thermostable matrix is made of a mixture of Portland cement and expanding cement, or of a mixture of Portland cement and straining cement, and a part of expanding or straining cement equals to "A", where A is determined from a ratio: A=Cs/(Ce+Cs), where: Cs is the coefficient of Portland cement shrinkage, Ce is the coefficient of expanding or straining cement expansion. The matrix contains armature in the form of a steel net or wire, or in the form of high-strength high-modulus fibres or films. Inside the matrix there is one or several layers of an electro-conductive material, connected to an electricity source.
EFFECT: increase of physical-mechanical properties of products, obtained in the matrixes.
