FIELD: oil production with the use of well sucker-rod pumping plants by direct pumping plant drive installation at well head.
SUBSTANCE: electric oil pumping unit comprises linear synchronous or asynchronous motor including ferromagnetic cylindrical stator with coils located on inner surface thereof and hollow cylindrical armature with short-circuited winding formed over outer surface. The motor is placed in cylindrical sealed shell. All cavities are partly filled with coolant and completely with high-pressure gas. Sucker-rod with packing located in sealed shell bottom is installed on armature bottom. Pumping unit is put on casing pipe by above bottom. Armature has position pickups adapted to switch rod movement direction by frequency supply and control system.
EFFECT: increased structural simplicity, decreased metal consumption, increased operational reliability and reduced power inputs due to single energy conversion and balancing by high-pressure gas.
