FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures of rodless deep-well pump-and-hole reciprocating plants in which submersible linear magnetoelectric motors are used as a drive. Essence: the installation comprises plunger pump (PP) (1) with plunger (10), suction valve (29), discharge valve (30) and a submersible linear electric motor (SLEM) (2), comprising stator (4) and reciprocating head action (slider) (8). Stator (4) is installed inside housing (3) of the SLEM and consists of stator (4) cylinder (5), periodically installed on cylinder (5) induction coils (IC) (7) phases A, B, C and cores (6) forming the teeth of the magnetic core. IC (7) are distributed along the entire length of the stator, forming three phase windings A, B, C, which are finally connected to the "star". Cores (6) are made in the form of round plates (23) with functional technological felling (37–40). To the cores (6) around the perimeter are connected ring packs (21) forming the yoke of the magnetic core. In this case, the plates of cores (6) and yokes of the magnetic core are oriented along the direction of the magnetic field lines of the IC (7). IR (7) and cores (6) are distributed along length of stator (4) into groups (modules) (24). Modules (24) on the ends are closed with end caps (25). Between covers (25) and the connection with end caps (25), steel pipes (26) are mounted with support sleeves (27) coaxially mounted on them, forming the sliding surfaces of the slider. To fill the transformer oil and place splice (34) of the phase windings of modules (24), intermodular cavities (33) are formed. Slider (8) comprises axially magnetized permanent magnets (11) and magnetically conductive cores (12) sequentially mounted on shaft (9). Permanent magnets (11) and magnetically conductive cores (12) are mounted on shaft (9) of slider (8) and washers (28) are additionally inserted periodically. Magnets (11) and cores (12) are fixed to steel shaft (9) by end sleeves (31) and (32). Head (3) of SLEM (2) is connected to current lead head (13) with nipple (35) for suspending the pump unit to the tubing string (TS). Channel (14) is provided in the head of current lead (13) for supplying the produced liquid from plunger pump (1) through the hollow shaft (9) of the slider to TS and connector (15) to connect the ends of phase windings (16) of SLEM (2) with the cable feed coupling of the supply cable, and also upper oil valve (17) for injecting the transformer oil into intermodular cavities (33) of stator (4). In the lower part of stator (4), lower oil bleed valve (19) is installed. On plunger pump suction (1) filter (36) is installed to protect against mechanical impurities.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability and increase the pump head, while maintaining the maintainability of the device.
