FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises measuring parameters of lever motion and converting them into a digital code. The weight is measured in the self-oscillation regime. The device comprises double-arm lever with load-lifting member mounted at the ends of one of the arms and connected with the end of the other arm provided with the counterweight and movement pickup secured to the base, and microprocessor unit with digital indication.
EFFECT: enhanced precision and simplified design.
