FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weighing technology and can be used for design and manufacturing weighing systems for both small and large loads, for example for forestry and road construction equipment, namely for loaders. Device comprises a lever mounted on the support base, said lever has a load receptor at its end and a sensor mounted on the base, a controller with visualization of measurements. Strain gauge element for calibrating the load is used as a sensor, and a hydraulic system is used for actual weighing of the load, the hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic cylinder, pump station, distributor and pressure sensors in the rod and piston cavities of the hydraulic cylinder, which are installed with the possibility of transferring the weighing results to the controller, which has a touch screen with visualization of measurements, the device for weighing the load is equipped with an electromagnetic clutch controlled by the controller, wherein the clutch is configured to shut off the strain gauge element before operation of the hydraulic system.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced time for measurements, increased accuracy, as well as weighing both small and large loads.
