FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises heating inner surface of the object to be investigated, cooling the outer surface of the object, measuring temperature of the inner surface of the object in the region of heating, measuring the temperature of the outer surface of the object in the region of heating. The cooling is provided by means of movable heat-transfer agent. The steady-state value of the temperature of the inner side of the object is measured in the region of heating, the steady-state value of temperature of the outer side of the object is measured, and steady-state value of temperature of the movable heat-transfer agent is measured. The device comprises source of heat energy, temperature gage, electronic unit for processing, and additional outer heat exchanger.
EFFECT: enhanced precision and reliability.
