FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed railway wheel bogie is furnished with floating side support for two car structures. Bogie contains elastic suspension system in form of bogie side bearer 19 carrying on its upper part support and carrying plate 20 with friction surface for one of them from each side from common central hinge joint 13. Device preventing rocking is provided in place of arrangement of said support and carrying plate forming resistance to rocking forces transmitted through end lugs to exclude rocking of said support and carrying plate and to provide uniform support contact of plate with upper surface of elastic suspension in process of operation of floating side support.

EFFECT: improved reliability of structure and increased service life.
