FIELD: process and technique for forming of yarn in two-zone twisting field on spinning, spinning-twisting and like machine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves imparting double-twist to fibrous product by rotating it within balloon through spindle; moving fibrous product along spindle axial channel toward balloon apex followed by discharging it from spindle axial channel toward single thread guide and winding thread onto bobbin on spindle; forming first actual yarn twisting zone on site between drawing box and twist tube drifting device and imparting false twisting by means of twist tube drifting device driven independently or immediately from spindle through connection therewith, said connection being simultaneously used for keeping continuity of formed yarn during moving it onto bobbin; imparting twisting in second twisting zone in static position of traversing mechanism by suppressing torque from rotating spindle and by providing movable fitting thereon by means of magnetic force field of thread guide and carrier, to do that, putting traversing mechanism onto secondary bearing on spindle head; adjusting yarn tension during winding onto bobbin by providing combined thread movement Euler drag force and friction force in bearings of yarn guiding members; winding and forming bobbin by providing synchronous movement of thread guide relative to carrier; providing gap between thread guide and carrier for passage of ballooning yarn and adjusting by means of said gap intensity of magnetic force field generated by means of carrier and thread guide magnets. Apparatus has spindle with radial channels and axial channel, movable head on spindle, connected therewith through clutch, traversing mechanism comprising supporting part with rigidly fixed guiding bar and movable magnetic thread guide, magnetic carrier connected with body and adapted for moving of thread guide over guiding bar by magnetic field force of carrier reciprocating along guiding bar, and twist tube with twist tube drifting device driven independently or immediately from spindle through connection therewith used for keeping continuity of formed yarn during movement thereof on bobbin. Guiding bar has thread guides. Traversing mechanism is positioned on secondary bearing, on spindle head, and is in static position during twisting of yarn in second twisting zone by suppressing torque from rotating spindle and movable fitting thereon by means of magnetic force field of thread guide and carrier.
EFFECT: increased stability of yarn forming process, enhanced reliability in operation and reduced time for operation of spinning-and-twisting machine.
