FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of control of throttle valve. Proposed internal combustion engine contains throttle valve, throttle valve control device, heat conducting unit in direct contact with engine exhaust gases. Engine contains heat sensitive element in such heat contact with heat conducting unit at which heat conducting unit conveyors heat from exhaust gases to heat sensitive element. Engine contains mechanism which displaces in accordance with heat sensitive element to keep throttle valve at least partially cracked at engine starting, when according to heat sensitive element temperature is higher than preset value. Throttle valve automatic control device is connected with internal combustion engine. Said device contains throttle valve, heat conducting unit in direct contact with exhaust gases and heat sensitive element. Said element is in such heat contact with heat conducting unit at which heat conducting unit conveyors heat of exhaust gases to heat sensitive element. Device contains mechanism which moves in accordance with heat sensitive element and makes throttle valve remain at least partially cracked when starting the engine when temperature, according to heat sensitive element is higher than preset value. In proposed method of control of throttle valve, heat of exhaust gases of internal combustion engine is used, and throttle valve is controlled by throttle valve control device according to engine speed. Heat conducting unit is arranged in direct contact with exhaust gases. Heat of exhaust gases is transmitted to heat conducting unit through hard material. Heat from heat conducting unit is conveyed to heat sensitive element in heat contact with heat conducting unit. Lever mechanism is found between heat sensitive element and throttle valve control device. Full closing of throttle valve at re-starts of engine, when heat sensitive element indicates than engine temperature has reached preset value, is prevented. Throttle valve control unit in internal combustion engine contains air blade with lug and throttle valve lever mechanism. Said mechanism contains first arm of throttle valve, and second arm of throttle valve with projection. Air blade, first arm of throttle valve and second arm of throttle valve are made as solid body.
EFFECT: provision of automatic control of throttle valve, simplified method of control and design of device and throttle valve control unit.
