FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, technique used for creation of translatory motion actuating working tools, transport and process modules for constructing of process equipment.
SUBSTANCE: harmonic rack gear drive with wedge-shaped intermediate links having multitoothed combs comprises toothed rack and device consisting of shaft and bushings axially mounted on shaft, along helical line, with eccentricity relative to shaft axis. Roller bearings are positioned on bushings for direct cooperation with supporting wedge surface and surface of spring-loaded planks. Device is designed for orthogonal displacement of wedges to rack. Wedges are adapted for displacement within guides and are connected with sealing membrane. Planks are fixed to wedges so as to enable powered closing of contact of roller bearings with wedges.
EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced specific metal usage, reduced inertia and vibrating activity and enhanced reliability in operation.
