SUBSTANCE: device for realization of suggested method contains multipliers 1 and 5, delay line 2, phase shifters 3 and 4 for 90°, integrators 6 and 7, square-law generators 8 and 9, adder 10, square root block 11, amplitude limiter 12 and trigger 13.
EFFECT: ensured receipt of noise-like signals with a priori unknown internal structure and changing bearing frequency by means of their quadrature processing.
