FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio measuring technique and can be used in digital communication systems and radio monitoring, in particular, in clocking and receiving devices of phase-shift keyed signals. The device contains two autocorrelators with quarter-phase processing, each of them includes two multipliers, a phase shifting device, a delay circuit, two switched integrators, two squaring devices, an adder and a device taking the square root, and also two threshold devices, two counters, a calculating device, the control circuit which forms commands on the basis of external target designation, a clock generator.
EFFECT: reliability increase at opening of a spectral spectrum of the phase-shift keyed signals (PKS) and antijamming ability increase at estimation of PKS time parametres.
