FIELD: converting equipment, possible use for inductive heating and melting of metal.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises serial inverter composed of 4 fully controllable rectifying cells, for example, transistors and 4 diodes, where controllable rectifying cells are connected according to rectifying cell bridge layout, having direct and alternating current diagonals. By direct current diagonal, the rectifying cell bridge is connected to constant voltage power supply in such a way, that controllable rectifying cells are coupled in straight direction relatively to polarity of alternating voltage power supply, where each controllable rectifying cell is bridged by an oppositely coupled diode. Inverter also contains two transformers, actively inductive inducer-load and three capacitors, while primary windings of transformers are serially interconnected and by the common point are connected to zero contact of constant voltage power supply, and by edge contacts are connected to alternating current diagonal of rectifying cell bridge, and actively inductive inducer-load, consisting of two equal semi-windings, by edge contacts is connected to first contacts of secondary windings of transformers, while first and second capacitors are serially interconnected and by common point of serial circuit are connected to middle point of inducer load, and by edge contacts of the circuit are connected to second contacts of secondary windings of transformers, in parallel to which the third capacitor is also coupled. During synchronous control of rectifying cells of the inverter, which are connected serially to primary windings of transformers and to one of poles of constant voltage power supply, high frequency current is formed in inducer-load, and in case of synchronous control of rectifying cells of the inverter, connected to primary windings of transformers and to various poles of constant voltage power supply, low frequency current is formed in inducer-load.
EFFECT: alternating generation of high and low frequency signals in inducer-load without switching of power circuit, frequency of one signal being several times greater than frequency of the other signal.
