FIELD: transformation equipment, devices for inductive heating, possible use in transformation devices for inductive heating of metals and alloy by means of an inductor.
SUBSTANCE: device for inductive heating contains parallel type autonomous inverter and valve control system of that inverter, where the inverter consists of 2 semi-windings of filter throttle, two controllable rectifiers, connected in accordance to bridge circuit having contacts of direct and alternating current, while by means of constant current contacts resulting rectifier bridge via serially and synchronously connected semi-windings of filter throttle is connected to constant voltage power supply in straight direction, and to alternating current contacts a capacitor is connected, in parallel to which inductor-load is connected, in parallel to windings of filter throttle controlled rectifiers are connected with control system contra-directionally relatively to polarity of powering supply of constant voltage, and inverter rectifiers are made in fully controllable form. In inductor load, formed simultaneously are low frequency and high frequency currents, to which end invert rectifier control impulses are formed as two series of low frequency unlocking and locking controlling impulses for two counter-phased groups of fully controlled rectifiers of inverter, where low frequency unlocking and locking control impulses make up positive and negative semi-waves of low frequency component of load-inductor current, while on interval of each low frequency controlling impulse for fully controlled inverter rectifiers, several high frequency unlocking and locking control impulses are formed for the same inverter rectifiers, where high frequency unlocking and locking control impulses generate the high frequency component of load-inductor current. Also, one series of high frequency unlocking impulses is generated for controlled rectifiers, coupled in parallel to semi-windings of filter throttle, where each unlocking impulse for aforementioned controllable rectifiers is generated in the moment of beginning of generation of locking impulses for fully controlled rectifiers of inverter, where capacity value of capacitor which is coupled in parallel to load-inductor is selected to be such that together with load-inductor it forms oscillation contour with resonance frequency in between frequencies of low frequency and high frequency components of load-inductor and ensures given ratio of current values of aforementioned components.
EFFECT: generation of current, having two components - low frequency and high frequency, in load-inductor.
