FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment of deforming osteoarthrosis, namely, Heberden's and Bushar's nodes inflammation. Method involves carrying out the medicinal therapy using application of napkin around each inflamed node wherein napkin comprises the following applied components, wt.-%: hyaluronic acid of molecular mass 4000-5000 Da, 5; dimethylsulfoxide, 2; sodium alginate, 6-8, and distilled water, the balance, up to 100. Application is kept for 3 days, and cycle is repeated 3 times. Using the proposed invention allows normalization of rheological properties of synovial fluid, improving metabolism in cartilage tissue and decreasing requirement for nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs.
EFFECT: improved method of treatment.
