FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: dispersed biomaterial Alloplant dissolved in normal saline is injected into the area of an involved joint. The injections have an irritant action on a periosteum of a bone adjacent the joint and/or a cartilage area of a bone enthesis by penetrating the needle through an external denser layer of the periosteum and administering the solution into an internal looser layer rich in capillaries and cambial cell elements, and/or into the cartilage area of the enthesis respectively. The biomaterial for injections is diluted in ratio of 50 mg of the biomaterial per 5-15 ml of normal saline and used in an amount of 0.1-5.0 ml per each injection. The treatment involves 1-10 sessions per a course with 1-7 days of the pause, with the number of injections 1-30 per a session.
EFFECT: invention enables the injury-free treatment of degenerative and inflammatory-degenerative arthropathies by stimulating the reparative regeneration of articular tissues.
