FIELD: vacuum technology; medicine; devices for creation of vacuum at filtration of the liquids used in the laboratories.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for creation of vacuum at filtration of the liquids used in the laboratories and may be used, in particular, at carrying out of the sanitarian-bacteriological analyses. The device consists of the pump, the ejector, the separator with the inlet fitting pipe for feeding of the working liquid, the fitting pipe foe withdrawal of the working liquid and the fitting pipe for withdrawal of the filtrate and the gas, which are connected in the circuit for circulation of the working liquid. The fitting pipe for withdrawal of the filtrate and the gas consists of the external and interior parts and has the altitude of the internal part of 0.7-0.9 of the inner part of the separator, the space between the axes of the inlet fitting pipe and the fitting pipe for the filtrate and gas withdrawal compounds 0.5-0.8 of the inner diameter of the separator. On the side of the outlet fitting pipe for withdrawal of the working liquid there is the additional fitting pipe for feeding of the cooling water at the rate of 0.02-0.05 N (m3/hour), where N is the engine power in kW. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the device and prevention of the working liquid overheating.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the device and prevention of overheating of the working liquid.
