FIELD: composite threaded joining members.
SUBSTANCE: composite threaded joining member includes rod bonded by binder and made on base of single-direction reinforcing fibers oriented along lengthwise axis of rod and outer envelope with thread made of material on base of fibers oriented at least in two directions relative to said axis of rod that is hollow or solid one. In each threaded zone on one or both ends of rod there is annular cylindrical, cone or step-cone shelf formed along length of thread to be made by depth no less than thread height. Outer envelope for each threaded zone has geometry reciprocal to that of annular shelf of rod and it is made of layers of fibrous reinforcing fabric material. Thread of envelope is cut thread.
EFFECT: improved reliability of joining member due to increased shearing strength of thread, lowered cost for making joining member.
