FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pultrusion composite articles from fibre-reinforced thermoplastic material, specifically to pultruded profiles from composite material based on thermoplastic binder with reinforcement. Thermoplastic pultrusion profile is a composite multilayer structure made from a composite material based on a thermoplastic binder with reinforcement. In making the profile, distribution of initial materials of thermoplastic (TP) tapes and glass fabric strips is made so that external and, if available, inner surface of the profile is located external and, in the presence of internal surface of the profile, inner single layers of thermoplastic tapes, before pultrusion initially laid tightly to each other. At that, single layers from initial glass fabric bands are located inside the profile under said single layers of thermoplastic tapes, and further between said single layers of glass fabric is main part of material of profile and from initially laid tightly to each other thermoplastic belts. Profile is made using TP tapes consisting of glass fibre impregnated with polypropylene, and reinforcing glass fabric. Profile has two examples of design: simple flat profile and profile of hollow rectangular pipe.
EFFECT: technical result is providing thermoplastic reinforced pultruded sections of different cross sections with a number of improved operational properties, including high strength, impact strength, chemical resistance, heat resistance, heat conductivity, post-deformability and short treatment time, including welding ability instead of gluing, possibility of repeated processing.
