SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes envelope having heating members and manifolds for supplying inert gas, all arranged in zones of heat treatment. Apparatus includes in addition units for moving heating members and manifolds for supplying inert gas along lengthwise axis of envelope and unit for rotating treated products around its own lengthwise axis.
EFFECT: possibility for treating several welded joints or seams, improved versatility of apparatus suitable for heat treatment of welded joints of different articles.
