FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: free-running mechanism comprises driving shaft provided with areas, driven shaft, and cylindrical rollers that are set in the separator of the pressing member and interposed between the shafts. The shafts are axially aligned. The pressing member is spring-loaded with respect to the driving shaft through the carrier. The separator is mounted with a spaced relation to the bearing surface of the driving shaft for supplying fluid through the system of passages interposed between the areas and is provided with hollows for hydraulic balancing of the separator by means of discharging fluid in the free-running regime.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and prolonged service life.
