FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, technique for erosion preventive tillage of soil by cutting deep and ultra-deep moisture retention slits.
SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has main frame with hitching device, slitting members having point, additional frame with stops, supporting members, and lifting mechanism formed as hydraulic power cylinder. Main frame is formed from rigidly interconnected ends of side members and longitudinal carrier beam with transverse power beam. Tines of slitting devices are positioned on transverse power beam so as to be repositioned, dismantled and offset with respect to one another by means of detachable brackets. Upper part of each of said tines is provided with bushing and joined to bracket through horizontal rotating pin. Rotation of each tine on rotating pin in longitudinal-vertical plane is restricted by means of stop. Additional frame has middle and side hollow beams mutually connected by means of cross-pieces. Additional frame is positioned so as to be embraced and lengthwise displaced on longitudinal carrier beam and side members of main frame. Additional frame is connected with main frame by means of lifting mechanism formed as hydraulic power cylinder. Stem of hydraulic cylinder is fixed by means of finger within bracket, on front part of longitudinal power beam. Base of hydraulic power cylinder is arranged in similar manner on front part of middle hollow beam of additional frame. Supporting members formed as pneumatic wheels are fixed by means of flanges on cross-pieces of additional frame, between hollow middle beam and side beams. Hollow side beams of additional frame are connected through tie-members, each having adjustable stop. Front ends of tie-members are connected with bracket on front part of longitudinal power beam. Retainers located on rear parts of hollow middle and side beams of additional frame are designed for retaining of additional frame in extreme positions on main frame. Tillage tool is adapted for cutting of deep slits (up to 0.8 m) and ultra-deep slits (up 10 1.5 m).
EFFECT: increased efficiency in cutting of deep and ultra-deep moisture retention slits.
