FIELD: process for utilization of mixed waste including solid household waste, construction waste, industrial waste, in particular, process for safe utilization of household waste.
SUBSTANCE: method involves sorting out collected household waste into five groups of waste; first group including organic and food waste; second group including wood, pressed wood-fiber board; third group including textile waste, laminate, paper, cardboard, foam plastic; forth group including rubber, reinforcing materials, polyethylene, glass, ceramics; fifth group including miscellaneous waste; carrying out further processes in groups; subjecting components of first group to intensified composting; filling resultant compost with mineral fertilizers; mixing with plant seeds; granulating and using in forming of road embankments, slopes and territories adjoining road; grinding waste of second group; adding resultant ground waste to concrete mixtures as filler in an amount of up to 10% to form power and contoured modules for borders, edges of roadway, drainage members and road ditches; grinding waste components of third group and mixing with sand and air-hardening lime, with components being used in the following ratio: sand 80%, air-hardening lime 10%, household waste of third group 10%; forming substrate members to be used under asphalt carpet by pressing resultant mixture while heating up to 150 C; grinding components of forth group and adding in an amount of up to 5% by weight into asphalt carpet compound and simultaneously introducing common mineral components; uniformly placing excessive components of this group in top layer of road embankment; using waste of fifth group in roadway for forming of lower layer.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by utilizing total mass of household waste in road construction.
