SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the complex processing of mixed solid waste, in particular construction waste, demolition of buildings, structures and soil (СSaSW), and can be used at organized production sites or sites for the reclamation of disturbed lands. The method includes acceptance, express control, distribution of raw materials into two streams according to their state of aggregation and types of origin, processing of the first stream of raw materials in the form of construction and demolition waste of IV and V hazard classes, mechanical sorting by area of ​​use, separation of metal inclusions as a secondary product disposal, separate processing of the remaining raw materials using successive methods of fragmentation, screening, crushing and grinding to obtain demanded secondary processing products in the form of secondary crushed stone in three fractions, polymer raw materials and wood chips. Processing of the second stream of raw materials in the form of bulk soil waste of III, IV, V hazard classes includes the separation of soil according to hazard classes, separate screening, in which the isolated large inclusions and debris are sent to the first stream, mixing each separated soil with components to obtain two demanded mechanical mixtures. At the same time, the first mixture is obtained by mixing soils of III and V hazard classes, sorbent and secondary crushed stone with a fine fraction from the first flow, and the second mixture - soils of V and IV hazard classes, wood chips from the first flow, sorbent and organic waste.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of waste processing СSaSW, obtaining secondary products in demand or new ones in which secondary products are used.
