FIELD: mechanical engineering; pipe connections.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains diaphragm rubber-cord envelope inner and outer sides of which are installed, each, between corresponding support and mounting ring members and are secured by means of said members by threaded fasteners on support platforms of pipe type components nested one in the other for movement relative to each other. Each support ring member is installed on support platform of corresponding movable component by means of seal made of elastically flexible material. Rubber-cord envelope, support and mounting ring members are made to form common nondetachable unit in which adjacent ring members are rigidly connected to each other to form coaxial central and outer ring members. The latter are intercoupled by first elastic damping links with preset rigidly which are hinge-secured by corresponding adapters on central and outer ring members, respectively, being installed horizontally and arranged over circumference around common geometric axis of central and outer ring members. The latter are displaced one relative to the other along said axis. Central ring member is coupled with said movable member coupled with outer ring member by means of second elastic damping links. Each second elastic damping link is rigidly connected by one end on last said movable member and is movable connected by other end with central ring member to provide movement of central ring member in plane orthogonal to said axis and to take up inertia loads acting along axis.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of pipe sealed connection unit, reduced labour input when mounting pipe in standard place and at servicing in operation.
