FIELD: radio-electronics, in particular, piezo-engineering, possible use for developing and producing piezo-electric resonators.
SUBSTANCE: contact-less piezo-electric resonator contains dielectric body with clamps, on external and internal surfaces of which respectively positioned are plates of first and second capacitors. First plates of capacitors are positioned on internal side of base of body, and second plates with resonator clamps are positioned on external side. First plates of capacitors are electrically connected to corresponding clamps of first and second electrodes of piezo-element, and base and/or lid of body are made of material with high dielectric penetrability.
EFFECT: increased manufacturability with simultaneous reduction of dimensions and reduced influence of capacities of clamps in parameters of resonator.
