SUBSTANCE: method involves soaking wheat bread in milk and chopping; chopping chicken fillet; mixing above components with butter and edible salt for producing of farce; forming; soaking in eggs; dusting with wheat bread crumbs; frying in melted butter for producing of cutlets; cutting and blanching turnip and bird rape; blanching and cutting carrot; freezing fresh green pea grains; mixing above components, without oxygen access, for producing of garnish; slightly frying wheat flour in melted butter and mixing with milk, bone soup, sugar and edible salt for producing of sauce; packaging cutlets, garnish and sauce; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of novel canned food as compared to similar culinary dish.
