FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: one should dissolve the ampoule of 100 mcg "Superlymph" dry substance in 4 ml 0.9% physiological solution to irrigate cervical canal and uterine cervix with the obtained solution of immunotropic preparation. Then it is important to impregnate the tampon with this preparation to guide it towards the uterus for about 4-5 h. The procedure suggested should be fulfilled daily for 5 d. The innovation suppresses the differentiation of cylindrical epithelium cells and normalizes the differentiation of reserve cells into the cells of flat multi-layer epithelium of uterine cervix and, thus, removes ectopia.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
