SUBSTANCE: wheel has rim, hub and hub holder. Rim consists of at least two parts disposed in different planes, at an acute angle to axial line extending through hub. Ends of said parts are joined through web connections. Web connections may be joined to hub. Wheel of such structure may be used as toy propeller for imparting curved movement to toy.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and increased entertaining effect.
