Said rim is arranged between pairs of spokes. Ball rollways are made on side surfaces and arranged in circle. Said balls are fitted in spherical holders secured at slopes. Fasteners are mounted between pairs of spokes. Aforesaid hub is composed of two part made up of two parts fitted one in another and their lock.
