FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing, devices for charging and discharging, shaft with a disk mounted inside the housing, drive for setting the shaft in rotation, distributing devices connected with the shaft, and deflector. The distributing devices are made of alternating flat and cylindrical radial flexible members between which openings are arranged. The sealing chamber is connected to the bottom section of the housing.
EFFECT: simplified design and improved quality of mixing and compacting.
