The unit for mixing bulk materials contains a housing, loading and unloading devices, a shaft with a rotary motion drive located in the housing and a chipper, a cylindrical nozzle is installed on the shaft, having an annular chamber connected to the loading device of one of the components, and with a device for loading another component, each of the chambers is equipped with spray devices, the bumper is equipped with a vertical movement device and is a set of conical surfaces, the taper angles of which increase from the lower conical surface to the upper one. Spraying devices are radial chutes attached to the bottom of a cylindrical nozzle, open from above, in contact with a conical distributor located in its center, and curvilinear longitudinal partitions are installed on the lower surfaces of the radial chutes, and the space between the radial chutes is closed by a lid.
