FIELD: device for knocking out worked part held in clamping chuck mounted in spindle by means of pulling pipe joined with clamping cylinder and knocking out rod non-rotating at high- speed rotation of spindle.
SUBSTANCE: worked part knocking out device includes front bearing assembly mounted on inner peripheral surface of front end portion of pulling pipe in order to sustain rotation of said pipe; knocking out cylinder arranged behind clamping cylinder. Knocking out cylinder is mounted directly in axial line identical to axial line of front bearing assembly. Knocking out cylinder includes knocking out rod provided along its central axis at least with one opening for passing fluid fed for removing foreign matters. Front end of knocking out rod is mounted in such a way that it rests upon front bearing assembly.
EFFECT: prevention of vibration, noise and friction heat separation.
