SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in load-lifting mechanisms with fixing of load at no working pressure, and as clamping device in process rigging. Opposed jack has housing accommodating piston fixed from turning screw with non-self-retaining thread installed for movement in piston is provided with pivot engaging with housing for braking, and is connected with drive installed under pivot and engaging with end face of screw for releasing the brake. Jack is furnished with additional piston enclosing housing from outside and stationary fixed on rod of first piston from top. Outlet member is installed for movement on additional piston. Said outlet member accommodates pack of plate springs, and screw is springs, and screw is spring-loaded relative to housing by compression spring.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of fixing of outlet member, reduced overall dimensions of jack, enlarged its functional capabilities.
