DEVICE FOR WELL FLUID CLEANING OF FLOATING RUBBISH Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E21B27/00 

FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly bailers and valve drill bits, namely equipment for well fluid cleaning of rubbish occurring in well during technological operations or of mud accumulated at well face.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises tubular body with connection threads at ends thereof and is provided with two rubbish accumulation means having the same funnel-shaped structures and connected to the body by means of screws. Upper rubbish accumulation means have geometric size exceeding that of lower one. Rubbish traps are installed inside rubbish accumulation means and spaced therefrom. The rubbish traps have the same shapes as rubbish accumulation means and are connected to the body by means of screws so that rubbish trap bottoms face upwards. Check valve seat is installed in lower rubbish trap area inside body. Check valve seat has tubular fine filter spaced from body. Body has filtering orifices communicating rubbish trap interiors with each other and orifices, which communicate body interior with tubular annulus for liquid discharge from rubbish traps and from body interior during device lifting to ground surface. Outer rubbish trap surfaces have wing-shaped flow swirling members. Upper connection thread of the body has connection member to secure means, which delivers the device into well.

EFFECT: increased fluid cleaning efficiency and decreased cleaning time.
