FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out atropine test, acidic test, Noller's alkaline test and test on the resistance to N-2 blockators of histamine receptors. In case of a basic pronounced hyperacidity - pH being 0.9-1.3, resistance to N-blockators of histamine receptors or the decrease of their therapeutic effect up to 2-4 h, positive atropine test and decreased Noller's alkaline time up to 5-8 min one should predict the development of the complicated ulcerous disease. One should recommend to carry out preventive surgical operation. Application of the present method enables to decrease the number of early post-surgical complications that is characteristic in urgently operated patients.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
