FIELD: closure equipment for container, in particular, pan or steam-pressure pan.

SUBSTANCE: closure apparatus is designed for container with opening and drain edge extending to the outside and provided with inner circular portion extending to the outside and outer circular portion extending to the outside and downward. Closure apparatus has cover for closing of container opening, system of locking members with multiplicity of locking members, and moving device designed for moving of locking members. Locking members are movable inward upon actuation of moving device and are movable upward during directed inward movement on at least certain portions. System of locking members is designed so that in closed position at least certain portions of outer edge of first locking member may adhere from the bottom to inner circular portion of drain edge. System of locking members is designed for setting of at least one open position, wherein closure apparatus may be removed from container, and one closed position, wherein container with closure apparatus is substantially hermetically sealed. Locking member has edge portion formed as grip provided with first part extending downward and second part extending upward or extending in inclined upward direction. System of locking members is designed so that upon movement from open position to closed position, it slides on at least certain portions over cover surface. Drain edge of container defines opening surface, and inward and upward movement of outer edge, in particular, second part of locking members, occurs at an angle α ranging between 5 deg and 30 deg, preferably, between 10 deg and 20 deg, more preferably, about 15 deg to upper surface of opening.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities by enabling closing of various types of pans, in particular, with downward beveled edge, to thereby create pan with steam-and-pressure system.
