FIELD: wood-working industry, applicable in production of splint slabs.
SUBSTANCE: the accuracy of machine operation is enhanced duct to exclusion of the error of measurement of one of the parameters of the shaving mat (its thickness), stationary installation of the leveling rollers and introduction of a controlled division unit making it possible to adjust the thickness of the made slab without mechanical returning of the machine components and exactly keep the ratio of the masses of the inner and under layers for provision of the maximum possible bending strength the machine construction is simplified due to exclusion of the actuating mechanisms of vertical motion of the leveling rollers and exclusion of the mass meter of one of the external layers (for example, of the first one).
EFFECT: enhanced precision of machine operation for forming of a three-layer shaving mat, and simplified construction of the machine.
