FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device for orientation of wood particles comprises detector of chip mattress thickness, detector of wood particles weight, detector, three blocks of setting, distraction block, rooting block, two division blocks, non-linearity block, multiplication block, switch and amplifier, at that blocks are interrelated with each other. Displacement of flexible component happens with such speed, at which maximum orientation of wood particles takes place, independently on length of particles and thickness of formed chip mattress. At this speed of flexible component displacement, angle of orientation of wood particles in chip mattress is minimum, and strength of manufactured wood-particle boards is maximum.
EFFECT: increased quality of orientation due to reduction of wood particle orientation angle, increased strength of manufactured wood-particle boards.
