FIELD: timber industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for gripping and holding long-length loads on frame of self-propelled chassis. Proposed bunk contains base installed on frame of self-propelled chassis by means of vertical axle and support plate on uprights of which bellcranks are hinge mounted. Bellcranks are provided with spring-operated opening drives. Bunk is provided with wire ropes some end of which are secured on upper ends of bellcranks and are arranged crosswisely in cross vertical plane, each wire rope being reeved through sheaves, and lower ends of said wire ropes are secured on lower ends of bellcranks. Bunk has also receiving beam formed by said wire ropes and support beam with drive. Bellcranks have lower arms arranged between uprights of base with length equal to or smaller than half of distance between turning axles of bellcranks. Lower ends of wire ropes are passed through sheaves installed on upper arms of bellcranks and sheaves installed on free end of rod of hydraulic cylinder secured in middle of base.

EFFECT: provision of reliable holding of loads in transportation.
