FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; blast-furnace process.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has intake funnel with detachable bicurvilinear guide slab, charge distributor, intermediate axisymmetric collecting bin which is biconically cylindrical in shape and smaller and larger cones with rods. Charge distributor is made in form of trapezoidal tabs with individual drives for turning them. Mounted in axial technological opening of larger cone is wear-resistant contact ring and shut-off cone. Shut-off cone is suspended from rod passed through hollow rod of larger cone and is provided with drive which is mounted on rod of larger cone. Rod of shut-off cone is provided with bearing pivot and with compensating spring unit. Mounted on inner surface of larger cone is guide funnel whose opening has diameter of 1.1-1.25 of shut-off cone diameter.
EFFECT: increased productivity of furnace and reduced consumption of coke.
