FIELD: pipeline valves and fittings.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use as shutoff device for radiators. Proposed valve has gate installed on spindle and valve seat housing. The latter has first seat of valve and second seat of valve. Gate is installed for displacement between first working position and second working position. In first working position gate engages with first seat, and in second working position, with second seat. Valve spindle is tilted relative to axial line of seat housing. Gate is displaced by turning auxiliary device.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of valve and space required for arrangement of such valve.
