FIELD: pipe manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises molding the load-bearing layer and solidifying the load-bearing layer of the pipe with a rotating mold at a temperature of 120-170° C. After solidification of the load-bearing layer of the pipe, the nipples are made, heat insulation is applied on the load-bearing layer of the pipe, and the load-bearing layer is set in rotation together with the heat insulation and is wound on the heat insulation. The heat insulation is made, e.g., of the flexible members or a cylindrical flexible shell. The layer of the outer shell is formed by winding a composition material on the heat insulation. The outer shell is then solidified at a temperature of 15-30°C for 18-26 hours.
EFFECT: enhanced strength and reliability.
