GLASSBASALTIPLASTIC PIPE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC F16L9/12

Abstract RU 2313717 C2

FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; production of the glassbasaltiplastic pipes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the glassbasaltiplastic pipes. The glassbasaltiplastic pipe contains the carrying layer and the protective shell disposed on it and both made out of the composite material on the basis of the epoxy binding and the glassbasaltic roving or the fabric. The protective shell is made thermostable and has the thickness of 0.5÷2 mm for the pipes having the thickness of the carrying layer from 2 up to 6 and more millimeters. At that the protective shell has the smaller share of the epoxy binding in comparison with its share in the carrying layer of the pipe. The composite material of the protective shell contains the following components (in mass%): the glassbasaltic roving or the fabric - 0.98÷0.89; the epoxy binding - 0.02÷0.11, and the composite material of the carrying layer of the pipe contains the following components(in mass%): the glassbasaltic roving or the fabric - 0.72÷0.65; the epoxy binding - 0.28÷0.35. The technical result of the invention is the increased strength and reliability of the pipe and the decreased labor input necessary of its manufacture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased strength and reliability of the pipe and the decreased labor input necessary of its manufacture.
